To purchase a meal plan, stop by Earhart's Dining Hall, room 103 or contact Embry-Riddle Dining Services at (928)-777-6939.

Meal transfers allow those on a meal plan to be able to dine at WOW Cafe, Scholars Cafe, Rocket Deli and Salads, Eagle's Café, Amelia's and Turbo.

For first-year students on the Concorde plan, meal exchanges are limited to ten (10) per week, while those on the Spirit and Clipper plans are limited to seven (07) meal exchanges per week. All other students on any meal plan receive unlimited meal exchanges; however, all individuals utilizing meal exchanges are limited to three (03) per day.

Meal plans are assigned only to the person on the ID card. If you wanted to purchase a meal for a friend you may use the dining dollars associated with which ever plan you have.

Unused meals expire weekly; unused Sodexo Bucks expire at the end of each semester. Please make sure you know where your balance is so you utilize the full amount of your meal plan.

Upgrading your meal plan can be done at any time during the semester. Please note that downgrading or cancelling your meal plan must be done 10 days after the first day of classes for the current semester. Mandatory meal plans cannot be cancelled Mandatory meal plans). If you would like to upgrade your meal plan or make a change to the plan you have already selected, contact Embry-Riddle Dining Services at (928)-777-6939.

You will need to go to the Eagle Card office to have your card replaced.

There are 7 places you can use your plan at: Earhart’s Dining Hall(swipes or sodexo bucks), WOW Café (Transfers, block swipes, or sodexo bucks), Scholars Café (Transfers, block swipes, or sodexo bucks), Simply To Go (Dining dollars),Eagles Cafe at the flight line (Transfers, block swipes, or sodexo bucks), the Rocket Deli and Salads (Transfers, block swipes, or sodexo bucks), Turbo, Aero Food Carts (Transfers, block swipes, or sodexo bucks).

Sodexo Bucks are included with meal plans and are available exclusively to meal plan participants. They can be used at all on-campus dining locations and expire on the last day of final exams each semester.

Dining Dollars can be purchased by anyone with an eagle card and may also be used at all on-campus dining locations. They provide a 10% discount off regular menu prices and roll over from semester to semester until you graduate or leave the university. Any remaining balance will expire three years after graduation or departure.
