The Dining by Design Restaurant Collection At Earhart’s Dining

  • Exhibition Station is a centerpiece action station where guests can enjoy fun, interactive and delicious dining experiences like Asian cuisine, seasonal and themed meals, omelete bars and much more. At this action-packed dining destination watch the chef expertly prepare your meal.

  • The Deli features both staple sandwiches and
    made-to-order sandwiches. Most of our breads are baked fresh throughout the day and topped with each diner's choice of meats, cheeses, veggies and condiments. You can also choose from a selection of homemade soups.

  • Mindful Through our innovative approach to healthy eating, customers will experience the Mindful principles and food offerings with all their senses. They will see food portioned correctly and how chefs honor the ingredients and preparation. They will smell savory aromas. They will taste new ways seasoning enhance flavors.

  •  Wild Mushroom This Vegan/Vegetarian format offers salad toss, fruits and grains, chef's stir fry station, rice, vegetarian soups and chili's and vegan desserts. No meat items are offered at this station!

  • Entree where Comfort food means something a little different to each of us, depending on where we were born and raised. This is the perfect way for Embry Riddle students to experience those classic comfort foods from around the world. With choices as disparate as macaroni and cheese and pad Thia, as familiar as meatloaf or exotic as Moroccan beef stew, customers will love the variety of tastes from around the world. And it doesn't stop with entrees. Daily side item offerings are carefully selected to complement every meal.

  • Pizza and Pasta features pizza by the slice, toasted bread sticks and soul-comforting casolettes. These and many more tempting choices await Embry Riddle students. Along with these well-known favorites, customers will find varying baked pasta specials including lasagna and eggplant parmesan.

  • TheGrill , located at Earhart's Dining Hall, is always ready to fill your order with customer favorites like great-tasting burgers, hot dogs and of course a grilled cheese sandwich with that side of fries. We also feature specialty sandwiches such as Philly cheese steaks and Reubens plus other season favorites.

  • The Salad Bar is filled daily with fresh, healthy and colorful vegetables, fruit and pasta, chicken or tuna salad, allowing you to create your own side to compliment your entree or a main meal at lunch or dinner.
